Who is at Risk for a Fall and What Can We Do About It?
Post Date: 03/26/2003

According to the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), even if your aging loved one appears to be healthy and strong, they can still be at risk for a fall.
The AAFP points out that there are other risk factors other than physical limitations that can cause a fall.

Sometimes a change in medications, or even over-the-counter medications, can put elderly at a greater risk for a fall.
